AEMT

The AEMT Course is designed to prepare you to continue your career in EMS at a higher scope of practice in the field of pre-hospital patient care. This course includes 90 hours in the classroom setting with 50 additional hours of out of hospital clinical rotations. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be eligible to take the National Registry Exam for licensure in the State of Michigan. Students will be expected to wear uniforms while in class and on clinical rotations. Cost of the course is $750.00 for in county and $950.00 for out of county and includes a uniform shirt and clinical ID badge. The textbook is not  included in the cost

  • Valid State of Michigan EMT license
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • No felony convictions
  • Negative Two-Step TB test
  • Up-to-Date vaccinations
